OPENING COMMITTEE. Following the recent ruling by the CJEU, we have again obtained the annulment of the Opening Committee. This is the second such ruling we have obtained.

The Second Court of First Instance of Cádiz declared the nullity due to abusiveness (not part of the price nor due to work performed by the bank) of two opening fees included in two loans formalized by a consumer and Cajasur.
